• Comfortable slip-on slippers

• Medical grade Orthotic compression socks 

• Socks (thermal or warm socks)

• Gym/seamless bra

• Post-mastectomy bra (optional)

• Dressing gown (lightweight with pockets)

• Extra pillows (mastectomy or breastfeeding pillow also works well)

• 2 Small lightweight bags for drains (or Drain Dollies)

• Face mask

• Eye mask (silky or hypoallergenic works well)

• Ear plugs

• Toiletries

• Electric toothbrush 

• Dry shampoo 

• Wet wipes

• Iberogast 

• Dried fruit/prunes

• Plum juice

• Lip-Ice

• Throat lozenges

• Throat spray (optional)

• Phone charger

• Extra long extension cord for phone

• iPad or laptop 

• Magazine/book to read (or download beforehand)

• Notepad and pen (for drains output)
